How to CONNECT with NCC
Sunday Meetings
Sundays @ 4pm
Sunday afternoons we join together to enjoy each other, enjoy God and to enjoy His word. We invite you to arrive a few minutes early to grab a cup of coffee/tea and something to eat (all free). At 4:00 we start with a short welcome, then we worship God through song. Then we have a time of teaching from the Bible. At the end all are welcome to stay for more coffee and food. We also invite anyone who would like prayer for anything to stick around and receive prayer.
The Alpha Course
TBD
Alpha is a fantastic introductory course to Christianity. We encourage everyone at NCC to attend the Alpha course. In fact, we treat the Alpha Course as the first step into small group life at NCC. Topics include: Who is Jesus?, Why did Jesus Die?, How and Why Should I Pray?, Who is the Holy Spirit?, How Can I be Filled with the Holy Spirit? and many more. The evenings include finger foods, a short talk and a time of discussion.
Small Groups
Throughout the week
Small groups are a great way to find your way into the NCC community. We do them on a quarterly basis and use them to build relationships, bless the people of Tacoma, and grow in our relationship with God.
Joining the Church
Quarterly
Three to four times a year we run an evening-long meeting that explains who we are as a church, who we relate to, and what makes us who we are. This evening affords the opportunity to eat together, ask loads of questions, and find out how to become a part of New Community Church.
