Bo Noonan speaks from Titus 1:1-4 on truth that leads to godliness.
For Further Thought::
1. Richard Sibbes wrote, "After being transformed by the Gospel, the sin itself becomes more loathsome to you than the punishment!" Are there any areas of you life in which you are lacking godliness that you have tolerated or managed? Another way to put it is, Do you hate the sin or do you just hate the idea of being punished for it?
2. In what ways has the Good News of Jesus' grace to you changed your life? (Your thinking, Your worship, Your behavior)
C.H. Spurgeon wrote, "When I thought God was hard, I found it easy to sin; but when I found God so kind, so good, so overflowing with compassion, I smote upon my breast to think that I could ever have rebelled against One who loved me so, and sought my good."
