Bo Noonan - Bo is the Lead Pastor of New Community Church. He married Alexis in 1999 and they have three sons, Jackson, Judah, and Asher. Bo and family moved from Boston, MA in 2006 to help establish a church in the city. He is most passionate about seeing people's lives supernaturally changed by God.

Sam Poe - Sam serves the church here in Tacoma as well as Newfrontiers internationally. He has a passion for getting the gospel to the nations. We often wonder where in the world Sam is: Zimbabwe, Russia, Ukraine, England... To keep up check out his blog. Sam is married to Marlene and they have three children and six grandchildren.

Wes Swarthout - Wes serves the church in many ways, but mainly as the overseer of NCC Community Groups. He is passionate about connecting people to the church. Wes is married to Malena and they have three daughters, Paloma, Alexa, and Mia. They moved to Tacoma from Guadalajara, Mexico to help start the church.

Director of Implementation
Michael Gray - Michael serves the church in the area of administration, works with volunteer teams, and oversees our Sunday meetings. He and his wife Tine moved to the area in 2002 to work with college students and to work with church plants in the area. He is passionate about seeing people gathered into the church and equipped to serve. Michael and Tina have three daughters, Ellie, Lucy, and Alexandra. twitter: @TheMikeGray

Director of Worship
Waymond Hampton - Waymond serves the church in two main ways: designing/creating and directing our worship teams. He has a great passion to see people released into worship, and loves seeing people use their creative abilities to glorify God. Waymond and his wife Leigh moved to Tacoma from Kansas City in 2006 to help start the church. They have two Ethiopian/American sons, Isayas and Ermias. twitter: @WaymondHampton

Intern
Jessica Cohoe - Jessica is serving NCC as an intern until the Summer of 2012. She is a graduate of The Evergreen State College and primarily serves the church by helping co-lead the administration of NCC Kids. In addition she has been a huge help in managing the NCC office and is one schnazzy dresser.
